The work Ample Food for Stupid Thought consists, on the one hand, of a small wooden box containing 96 loose postcards, each with a question. Also, Filliou published it as a booklet. On the flap, Jackson Mac Low stated that he had seen Filliou using these questions as a performance on February 8, 1965, at Café Go Go in Greenwich Village. These were addressed to someone in the audience, and if one spectator did not answer, the question was asked to someone else until an answer was given.
