When this item with Truisms was distributed on behalf of Jenny Holzer’s solo exhibition at Foundation Beyeler in 2009, for many new owners it was apparently quite tempting to peel off one or more of the stickers. By now, this bag with all the stickers intact has become a rarity. It is a shopping bag with a double purpose, at one hand a carrier for shoppings and at the other hand a sheet for stickers with Holzer’s one-liners. Since more than a decade this shopping bag is extremely difficult to find. Note that both sides of the bag are provided with stickers.
