In 1992 John M Armleder invited several gallerists for showing multiples at the Basel Art Fair. Participating publishers and gallerists: Daniel Buchholz, Cologne / Ecart, Geneva / Gallery John Gibson, New York / Galerie van Gelder, Amsterdam / Daniel Newburg, New York. His idea was to initiate nomadic exhibitions in different towns. For the multiple show in Galerie van Gelder in Amsterdam he designed the AP logo, i.e. a tumbled zero with the letters AP.
