The four foam board boxes for this edition have been hand made by Nokukhanya Langa and is glued on with hand made stickers. On the inner part of the lid a green sticker is glued with ‘50% USA’ referring to a part of her identity. This is the very first multiple of this artist and was published by Galerie van Gelder Editions.

Descriptions of the term tote or tate for bags, meaning bags “to carry”, can be traced back to 1900. During the 1950s, tote bags began to enter into the main culture. Women primarily utilized them as practical handheld bags because they didn’t require much care.

This oblong shaped paper shopping bag was first presented at the ARCO Art Fair (1990) in Madrid at the Yen-Boutique of Galerie Montenay, Paris, France
General Idea was a collective of three Canadian artists Ronald Gabe (1945–1994), Slobodan Saia-Levy (1944–1994), and Michael Tims (b. 1946). They met in Toronto in 1969, and later took the names Felix Partz, Jorge Zontal and AA Bronson. They started to name themselves as General Idea after they were addressed as such when they proposed an exhibition plan.

This is a suite of 12 postcards, send by post over time in 2019 at irregular intervals. The first postcard that was sent out is signed and numbered by the artist, here number 17/40.
Robert Barry likes to use words out of context and place to explore the notions the words are standing for. They are scattered across different supports and kinds of paper, canvas, mirror, wall, floor and behave almost like dynamic objects.

In 2016 Posture Editions invited 75 students of the HKU in Ghent to make a drawing that presents an imagination of a book of their own choosing. A full-scale drawing of each of the participating students is included and is mirrored opposite the original cover of the book chosen with the name of the speaker who originally introduced that book during a project called “Curating the Library” in Art Centre De Singel, Antwerp in Belgium.
This inlay and artist’s edition comes with a copy of Posture Editions number 26, 2017.
